Quadripartite Evolutionary Game of Sustainable Development of Supply Chain Finance with Government Participation

Under the background of carbon peaking and neutrality, green supply chain finance (GSCF) points out sustainable development direction (SCF). In order to study mutual influence GSCF participants’ decision-making effectiveness government promotion, this paper builds an evolutionary game (EG) model that consist “governments, financial institutions (FIs), core enterprises (CEs) small- medium-sized (SMEs)”, discusses stability strategy selection, uses MATLAB conduct numerical simulations. The research results show that: (1) Government’s participation can effectively promote SCF; (2) maximize incentives for FIs carry a business, large penalties non-loan subsidies similar income difference between traditional commercial loans (GL) should be implemented at same time; (3) (SC) cooperation reasonable risk compensation CEs its guarantee; (4) increase in expected profit SC positive effect GM industry are conducive promoting SMEs.
